The EA Business Unit has a diverse portfolio of products including but not limited to low-voltage MCC CMR fuse saver MV switchgear MV circuit breakers and metering power monitoring power quality and protective relay maintenance and systems of a standard nature.
We are looking for a PFEP (Plan for Every Part) Coordinator. This position will be based at our Wendell NC facility. Relocation assistance is available.
You will be responsible for organizing and optimizing how every material or component is stored moved and replenished in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Youllmake an impact by:
Developing and maintaining the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) database to define storage packaging labeling and replenishment methods for all materials Analyzing and optimizing material flow across production and warehouse operations to improve efficiency and reduce waste Partnering with production supply chain procurement and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and standardized material handling processes Implementing and supporting lean practices such as kanban point-of-use storage and continuous improvement initiatives Driving inventory accuracy and space utilization improvements through data analysis and process standardization Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities Youll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
2 years of experience in supply chain materials management manufacturing or warehouse operations Experience working with inventory systems data tracking or material planning tools Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage detailed datasets Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Operations Industrial Engineering or related field or equivalent experience Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship Preferred Qualifications:
Experience developing or managing PFEP databases or similar material flow systems Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles such as kanban 5S and continuous improvement Experience working in a manufacturing or high-volume production environment Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP) and advanced Excel skill
The pay range for this position is $54835 - $94003 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience knowledge skills qualifications and premium geographic location.
