As our Patient Flow Coordinator you will provide patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse contributing to our collaborative Team Medicine approach.

Every day you will assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing grooming feeding and basic hygiene. You will also perform essential patient care activities such as vital signs observation and reporting of signs and symptoms of disease state posturals and simple dressing changes.

• High school diploma or GED
• Two years customer service experience preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong problem solving organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills

• Strong computer skills and knowledge of VM information systems; and an understanding of diagnostic tests coding procedures and preparation.

• CPR certification required.
