Position Summary
The Team Member is responsible for the day-to-day care safety and well-being of our guests.
This role is hands-on and essential to maintaining a clean structured and well-run environment. Team Members are responsible for supervising playgroups executing daily care tasks and ensuring that each pets individual needs are met with consistency and attention to detail.
At Noble great care is built through discipline and consistency. Every taskwhether supervising play feeding or cleaningcontributes directly to the guest experience.
What Youll Be Exceptional At
Guest Care & Supervision
- Supervising dogs in group play ensuring safe and appropriate interactions
- Monitoring behavior body language and energy levels to maintain a controlled environment
- Executing direction from Team Leads with consistency and attention to detail
- Ensuring each pet is comfortable engaged and appropriately cared for throughout their stay
Back-of-House Execution & Attention to Detail
- Executing feeding medication (as trained) and individualized care instructions accurately
- Completing cleaning tasks thoroughly including suites play areas and common spaces
- Following established processes and checklists without shortcuts
- Maintaining a clean sanitary and organized environment at all times
- Consistency in the small things is what creates trust in the big things.
What Youll Be Comfortable With
Front-of-House Awareness
- Supporting check-ins check-outs and guest transitions when needed
- Assisting with basic client interactions in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining awareness of front desk flow during busy periods
Team Collaboration
- Working closely with Team Leads and other Team Members to complete daily tasks
- Communicating clearly about guest behavior health and operational needs
- Supporting a team environment that is reliable respectful and focused

Required:
- Passion for working with dogs and cats and delivering uncompromising care
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time; this is an active role requiring extended time on your feet and comfort working in a hands-on fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling dogs in a group setting
- Strong reliability and attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Preferred:
- Previous experience in pet care daycare boarding veterinary or similar environments
- Experience in a service-oriented or team-based environment
- Familiarity with basic dog behavior and body language
- Valid drivers license and willingness to operate company vehicles
- Willingness to support overnight (ON) coverage on a limited rotational basis as needed
