Terminix Service Inc. of Flat Rock NC is looking to hire a full-time Pest Control Technician - Sales & Service to manage an established pest control route by selling services to both new and current customers scheduling appointments conducting home inspections and performing pest control services. • Starting training pay up to first month $18 /hr.
• Guaranteed $2500 per month paid semimonthly ($1250 semimonthly) No Cap you can make more you should not make less during training period.

QUALIFICATIONS TO BE A PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN - SALES & SERVICE:

• No experience necessary! We provide paid training.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Good driving record and valid drivers license
• Ability to operate and maintain a company truck
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Must be able to wear a tight-fitting respirator as required by safety protocols
• Physical ability to crawl and work in small confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces
• Physical ability to work on your feet for an extended period of time
• Ability and willingness to work in all types of weather
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally
• Sales ability
