We are seeking a Personalized Travel Planner to help clients turn their travel ideas into organized customized travel experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching destinations working with people comparing travel options and paying attention to the details that make a trip come together.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences schedules and needs

Research destinations accommodations transportation activities and experiences

Create customized travel plans and detailed itinerary recommendations

Compare travel options and help identify services that align with client preferences

Coordinate reservations schedules and other trip details

Communicate with clients regarding plans updates and special requests

Assist with itinerary changes and adjustments as travel plans evolve

Keep client information travel details and planning notes organized

Review itineraries for accuracy and completeness

Stay informed about destinations travel services and industry trends

Requirements

Strong communication and organizational skills

Enjoys researching and learning about destinations

Able to work independently in a remote environment
