We are an eCommerce company that specializes in creating a World Class customer and employee experience and we happen to sell sporting goods and apparel through various online platforms such as JustBats JustGloves JustPaddles and Field General. Essential Roles & Responsibilities:

• Complete glove prep engraving grip installation and other add-on services with a quality first approach.
• Operate laser engravers glove prep machines and other personalization equipment safely and accurately.
• Inspect products before and after personalization to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and correct errors before orders move to packing and shipping.
• Meet on-time shipping commitment while maintaining consistent workmanship.
• Prepare clean and maintain equipment and workstations.
• Organize incoming orders and prioritize work based on shipping deadlines.
• Communicate equipment issues product defects and order concerns to the supervisor.
• Support team goals by assisting coworkers and helping maintain an efficient workflow.
• You must have a detail-oriented mindset with a passion for quality and craftsmanship.
• Other duties as reasonably assigned.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a seasonal position with the potential to be retained on a permanent basis. This position is expected to work 20 to 40 hours per week in our fulfillment center in Kansas City MO. Available hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4 PM.

$15.00 per hour with bonus potential and a monthly flex perk allotment
