Part-time with flexible early-morning midday and evening shifts built to fit around your life not

What Youll Actually Be Doing
Lead F45s team-based HIIT classes and make every member feel like the workout was designed just for them
Set the tone high energy in high energy out from the first rep to the last
Coach real form real safety real results for every fitness level in the room
Turn first-timers into regulars and regulars into your biggest fans
Keep the studio running like clockwork equipment set up broken down and ready to go
Stay sharp on evolving F45 programming and keep leveling up your own coaching craft
Be the reason someones day got better
What You Bring
A nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM ACE ISSA or equivalent)
F45 certification is a big plus or youre ready to earn it
CPR/AED certified or willing to get certified
Group fitness or HIIT coaching experience you know how to work a room
Big energy bigger heart and a genuine love for helping people become their best selves
