Personal Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking experienced and driven Personal Lines Producers to join a dynamic and growing teamThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and new-business development with 35 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance either from an independent agency or captive environment.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $70000
- Work Arrangement: Fully remote
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings
Qualifications/Requirements
- 35 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance (preferred)
- Proven track record in sales and new-business development
- Experience in both captive and independent agency environments is welcome
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet production goals
