Personal Lines Producer
Seeking experienced and motivated Personal Lines Producers to join a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Personal Lines insurance with a proven track record in sales and new-business development. - Base Salary: $70000
- Work Arrangement: Fully remote
- Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients ensuring their insurance needs are met.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes to provide clients with the best solutions.
- 35 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance preferably in a production role.
- Background in either an independent agency or captive environment is welcome.
- Strong sales and business development skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
