Seeking experienced and driven Personal Lines Producers to join a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Personal Lines insurance with a proven track record in sales and new-business development. • Base Salary: $70000
• Work Arrangement: 100% remote

• Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing in a remote work environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client needs.

• 35 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance preferably in a production role.
• Background in either an independent agency or captive environment is welcome.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow a book of business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
