• Base Salary: $70000
• Validation Schedule: 3-year validation schedule with the opportunity to validate early based on individual production and results
• Work Arrangement: Fully remote

• Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients ensuring their insurance needs are met.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes to provide clients with the best solutions.

• 35 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance preferably in a production role.
• Background in either an independent agency or captive environment is welcome.
• Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a remote work setting.
