Personal Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking experienced and motivated Personal Lines Producers to join a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Personal Lines insurance with a proven track record in sales and new business development. If you are passionate about building and maintaining a profitable book of business we encourage you to apply.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $70000
- Work Arrangement: Fully remote position
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to better serve clients
Qualifications/Requirements
- 35 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance (preferred)
- Background in either a captive or independent agency environment
- Proven sales and business development skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet production goals
