Seeking experienced and motivated Personal Lines Producers to join a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have 35 years of experience in Personal Lines production with a proven track record of building and maintaining a profitable book of business.

• Base Salary: $70000
• Work Arrangement: Fully remote

• Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients carriers and other stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends products and regulations to better serve clients.

• 35 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance production either in an independent agency or captive environment.
• Proven sales and new-business development skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a profitable book of business.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
