Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Agent to join a growing team. The successful candidate will manage a robust book of business focusing on personal lines such as home auto umbrella and ancillary commercial insurance. This position offers flexibility with the option to work onsite hybrid or remotely after an initial onboarding period.

• Base Salary: $50000 - $60000 annually
• Commission: 35% on new business and renewals
• Bonus: Profit sharing after achieving $1 million in premium

• Manage a book of business with a premium size of $3.5 million.
• Handle inbound client inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Write and manage policies for home auto umbrella life insurance and small business commercial accounts.
• Collaborate with a team of 5 service representatives to ensure seamless client support.
• Utilize the EZLynx agency management system for efficient operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top carriers including Progressive Liberty and National General.

• Licenses/Designations: Required for personal lines insurance.
• Experience: Proven track record in personal lines insurance with familiarity in handling accounts ranging from $4000 to $100000 in size.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EZLynx or similar agency management systems.
• Soft Skills:

  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
