Seeking a motivated and detail-orientedPersonal Lines Agentto join a growing team. • Assist clients in understanding and selecting appropriate personal insurance products including auto home and umbrella insurance.
• Build strong lasting relationships with clients by providing outstanding customer service and timely responses to inquiries or claims.
• Conduct needs assessments and advise clients on personal lines coverage options based on their individual circumstances.
• Sell and renew personal lines insurance policies while ensuring compliance with state and company guidelines.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of insurance products and maintain compliance with regulatory updates.
• Analyze existing client portfolios to identify potential coverage gaps or additional insurance solutions.
• Proactively follow up on leads and referrals while fostering long-term client loyalty.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to remain fully informed on personal lines insurance practices and products.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions policy information and recommendations using the companys CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote a culture of shared expertise and continuous improvement.

• Licensure: Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Personal Lines Agent or in a similar insurance sales/service role.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of personal insurance products and policy structures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Technology: Proficiency in insurance management software and CRM systems; good command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
