Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Managerto join a growing team. This role is focused on servicing standard to mid-market personal lines accounts with no new business responsibilities. • Salary Range: $50000 - $65000 annually plus performance-based bonuses.

• Provide exceptional service to clients by managing and maintaining personal lines accounts.
• Handle policy renewals ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilize AMS360 and ImageRight software to manage client information and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an agency setting or 5 years in a captive environment.
  • Strong background in servicing standard to mid-market personal lines accounts.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 and ImageRight software preferred.
• Other Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality service.
• Work Environment: Must be willing to work onsite initially with potential for a hybrid schedule after training.
