• Manage a high-volume book of business with accuracy and responsiveness.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships by delivering high-touch concierge-level service.
• Handle endorsements renewals remarketing opportunities and coverage reviews.
• Collaborate effectively with insurance carriers producers and internal team members to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide expert guidance on personal property and casualty coverages underwriting guidelines policy servicing and renewal management.
• Utilize insurance carrier platforms and agency management systems (AMS360 preferred) to manage client accounts.

• Proven experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager with expertise in High-Net-Worth insurance programs and carriers such as PURE Chubb Cincinnati AIG Private Client Berkley One etc.
• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• Exceptional client relationship management skills with a focus on delivering personalized service.
• Strong attention to detail critical-thinking abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of personal property and casualty insurance coverages underwriting guidelines and policy servicing.
• Experience with AMS360 and other insurance carrier platforms is preferred.
