• Salary Range: $55000 - $75000 annually

• Manage and service a high-volume book of business ensuring accuracy and responsiveness.
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships by delivering high-touch concierge-level service.
• Handle endorsements renewals remarketing opportunities and coverage reviews with precision and efficiency.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers producers and internal team members to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide expert guidance on personal property and casualty coverages underwriting guidelines policy servicing and renewal management.
• Utilize insurance carrier platforms and agency management systems (AMS360 preferred) to manage client accounts effectively.

• Proven experience in High-Net-Worth insurance programs and carriers (e.g. PURE Chubb Cincinnati AIG Private Client Berkley One).
• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• Strong attention to detail problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in handling endorsements renewals remarketing opportunities and coverage reviews.
• Knowledge of personal property and casualty coverages underwriting guidelines and policy servicing.
• Experience with AMS360 or similar agency management systems is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
