Personal Lines Account Manager

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships driving sales and providing exceptional service for personal lines accounts with some exposure to small commercial accounts.

• Base Salary: $50000 annually new business commissions

• Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts with some small commercial accounts
• Handle a mix of sales and service responsibilities (approximately 50/50)
• Respond to client inquiries referrals and call-ins with professionalism and efficiency
• Generate new business through purchased lead lists online leads and networking events
• Conduct occasional outbound cold calls to prospective clients
• Provide quotes for new and renewal business
• Utilize EzLynx software for account management and processing
• Attend to general servicing tasks ensuring client satisfaction and retention

• Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within an agency or captive environment
• Proven ability to balance sales and service responsibilities effectively
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• Familiarity with EzLynx software is preferred
• Dependable hardworking and a stable work history
