We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our this role you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients- helping them protect what matters most through proactive service thoughtful guidance and strong relationship management.
As an integral member of our Personal Lines team the Account Manager will manage a portfolio of clients providing day-to-day service coverage guidance and risk management support. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented client-focused and thrives in a team-based environment.
Office Location Openings: Franklin Worcester Dennis Port Westwood Wellesley & Duxbury
WHAT YOULL DO:
- Manage the day-to-day service needs of a Personal Lines client portfolio
- Advise clients on appropriate insurance coverages policy changes and risk reduction strategies
- Proactively identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions aligned with client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients insurance carriers and internal team members
- Market accounts and work closely with carrier partners to secure competitive coverage options
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry policy processing and documentation within agency systems
- Respond promptly to client inquiries policy changes renewals and claims support needs
- Support retention efforts through consistent communication and high-quality service
- Contribute to team goals and support the agencys mission values and strategic initiatives
WHAT YOU BRING:
- 2 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance (agency experience preferred)
- Active Property & Casualty license
- Strong knowledge of Personal Lines coverages (home auto umbrella etc.)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with agency management systems and standard business tools
- Familiarity with Applied Epic preferred
