Personal Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to maintaining and enhancing client relationships ensuring seamless communication with insurance carriers and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in personal lines insurance a proactive attitude and a commitment to excellence.

• Salary Range: $45000 - $55000 annually

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients prospects and insurance carriers through phone email and written communication.
• Provide support to teammates by following up with clients and prospects.
• Research and resolve coverage-related questions.
• Respond promptly to client needs via phone or electronic communication.
• Maintain accurate client files and process routine correspondence using various software programs.
• Prioritize and process client service requests ensuring timely submission to insurance carriers.
• Handle financial transactions on the day they are received.
• Review and process policy renewals at least 60 days prior to expiration.
• Manage and process underwriting memos daily.
• Conduct account remarketing as needed.
• Perform data entry and other administrative tasks.
• Submit change requests cancellation requests and other transactions electronically or via the internet.
• Identify and cultivate new opportunities for additional lines of insurance through consultative selling.
• Foster positive working relationships with clients and team members maintaining a professional and positive attitude.

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance preferred.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with AMS 360 is highly desirable.
