Personal Lines Account Executive

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Executive to join a team in a 100% onsite role. This position is responsible for handling A-Z servicing of a middle-market book of business.

• Salary: Up to $75000 annually based on experience and qualifications.

• Manage the full servicing lifecycle of a middle-market book of business
• Handle all aspects of E&S lines including completing specific forms applications and tracking renewals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in AMS360 and other relevant systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage deadlines to ensure timely renewals and compliance with industry standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Proven experience in managing middle-market accounts with a strong focus on E&S lines.
• Proficiency in AMS360 and Microsoft Excel is highly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
