Location:This is a full-time on-site opportunity based in Geneva Illinois where youll work closely with attorneys and a dedicated legal team in a collaborative office environment.

Note:Applicants must have at least 2 years of personal injury law experience. Experience supporting either plaintiff or defense personal injury litigation is welcomed.

Job Description

• Support attorneys throughout the personal injury litigation process.
• Draft review and organize pleadings discovery correspondence and legal documents.
• Manage case files and maintain litigation deadlines.
• Obtain and organize medical records billing records and supporting evidence.
• Communicate professionally with clients medical providers insurance carriers experts and opposing counsel.
• Prepare deposition mediation arbitration and trial materials.
• Coordinate case scheduling and attorney calendars.
• Assist with settlement documentation and case resolution.
• Maintain accurate case management records while ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• 2 years of personal injury paralegal experience.
• Experience supporting personal injury litigation matters.
• Strong organizational and document management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple active files simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
