Sullivan & Galleshaw LLP is a dynamic and growing plaintiffs personal injury law firm located in Ozone Park NY. We are seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to support our attorneys and help move cases efficiently from intake through resolution in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience working on personal injury matters. Key responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience working on personal injury matters. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing case files from intake through trial preparation
- Drafting legal documents including summonses complaints bills of particulars and discovery responses
- Obtaining and organizing medical records accident reports and other critical case documents
- Communicating with clients medical providers and insurance companies
- Preparing deposition mediation and trial materials
- Managing court calendars filing deadlines and case status updates
- Answering phones and assisting with new potential client calls/intakes as needed

- Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office
