Location: Sacramento California Enjoy an on-site collaborative office environment where youll work closely with an experienced litigation team while serving clients throughout Northern California.

Note: Candidates must be licensed to practice law in California and have at least 1 year of plaintiff personal injury experience. Stronger consideration will be given to attorneys with additional plaintiff PI litigation experience.

Job Description

• Represent plaintiffs in a variety of personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents premises liability and other injury claims.
• Manage cases from intake through settlement or trial.
• Draft pleadings motions discovery and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
• Take and defend depositions attend hearings mediations and court appearances.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide strategic legal guidance.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to achieve successful case outcomes.
• Stay current on California personal injury laws and litigation practices.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license.
• 1 years of plaintiff personal injury experience required.
• Experience managing personal injury litigation matters.
• Strong legal writing negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage a busy caseload.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Litigation experience including depositions and court appearances is highly preferred.
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
