We are seeking experienced Personal Financial Advisors to contribute their expertise to an AI training project focused on personal finance and financial wellness. Youll evaluate financial planning scenarios assess investment strategies and provide practical insights to improve AI-generated financial guidance. No prior AI experience is required.

• Review financial planning scenarios and provide expert feedback.
• Evaluate investment strategies portfolio recommendations and asset allocation in simulated environments.
• Assess financial materials for regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
• Explain financial concepts and planning decisions clearly in writing and verbally.
• Analyze hypothetical client situations to identify financial risks opportunities and suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with another expert to compare approaches and develop high-quality AI training data.
• Submit timely feedback and documentation.

• Extensive experience as a Personal Financial Advisor Wealth Manager Financial Planner or Investment Advisor serving individual clients.
• Strong knowledge of retirement education tax and estate planning.
• Expertise in investment products asset allocation risk assessment and portfolio construction.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements for financial advisory services.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide clear actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to work in expert pairs.
