Role Description:The Personal Care Assistant is responsible for providing compassionate care and support to individuals needing assistance. This role includes various duties related to personal care Lighthouse-keeping tasks medication reminding mobility support and helping individuals navigate stairs.
Responsibilities:
- Meal Preparation
- Housework/Chores
- Managing Medications
- Shopping
- Transportation
- Locomotion
- Stairs assistance
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Caregiver Personal Care Assistant or similar role.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check.
- Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail and follow care plans accurately.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and compassionate demeanor.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Physical ability to perform the positions duties including lifting and transferring clients as needed.
- A commitment to providing high-quality empathetic care to individuals in need.
