• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
• Support clients with mobility and transferring as needed.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding ensuring nutritional needs are met.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients health or behavior to the supervising healthcare professional.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Follow individualized care plans and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role preferred not required.
• Compassionate patient and reliable with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation may be required.
