Personal Care Assistant

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients health or behavior to the supervising nurse or case manager.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry cleaning and organizing living spaces.
• Support mobility and transfers safely and effectively.
• Ensure client privacy and confidentiality at all times.

• Previous experience in personal care or home health care is an advantage.
• Compassionate patient and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions carefully.
• Valid drivers license or reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks.
