Employment Information
  • Location: Burbank & Glendale

  • Full & Part-Time: $20.25 / hour

  • $500 sign on bonus!

  • Mileage reimbursement

  • $10/month cell phone stipend

  • Flexible shifts! Weekdays & Weekend; Morning Afternoon Evening and Overnight Shifts Available!

Your Responsibilities
  • Support participants with daily living skills such as cleaning cooking budget management and light household duties

  • Following care plans and helping participants achieve their personal goals

  • Encourage healthy habits studies hobbies and social activities

  • Assist participants access and participate in community activities

  • Assist with personal care such as medication support hygiene and bathing (lifting / transferring may be required)

  • Collaborate Person-Centered Care planning with participant staff and management

  • Document shift and communication logs


Who Were Looking For
  • Someone who is compassionate with a person-centered mindset

  • Someone who has a warm respectful and professional demeanor

  • Someone who is capable of communication with dignity and respect especially during challenging moments

  • A valid drivers license

  • Responsible and can document goal progress tracking with detail

  • DSP 1 & 2 certification (preferred applicants who are not yet certified can take advantage of our internal certification programs)

  • CPR / First Aid certification (Training will be provided if applicants are not certified or need to be recertified)

  • Weekend Availability (Is a plus but not required)
