Personal/Commercial Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal/Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a small family-friendly team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless servicing of both commercial and personal insurance accounts. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

• Salary: $55000 - $65000 annually depending on experience

As the Personal/Commercial Lines Account Manager your primary duties will include:

• Managing day-to-day servicing of commercial and personal insurance accounts.
• Handling endorsements policy changes renewals certificates and client requests.
• Conducting coverage reviews and resolving billing issues.
• Communicating effectively with carriers underwriters and clients.
• Servicing commercial accounts such as contractors commercial specialties bonds business liability and commercial property.
• Servicing personal accounts such as home auto umbrella and renters insurance.

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Oregon is required.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (5 years preferred).
  • Familiarity with small accounts and managing a book of business.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is required.
• Soft Skills:
  • Self-starter with a go-getter attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a small family-oriented office environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
