Job Summary
We are seeking a Periodontist to join an established patient-focused practice in Rogers AR. This opportunity offers both part-time and full-time schedules competitive production-based compensation and the clinical autonomy needed to deliver exceptional periodontal care. The ideal candidate is a skilled specialist who values patient relationships collaborative teamwork and providing high-quality periodontal treatment in a supportive clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive periodontal examinations diagnostic evaluations and treatment planning
- Diagnose and treat periodontal disease through surgical and nonsurgical procedures
- Perform periodontal surgeries including soft tissue grafting bone grafting and regenerative procedures
- Evaluate patients for dental implant placement and perform implant-related surgical procedures as appropriate
- Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients on periodontal health treatment options and preventative care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records including treatment plans and follow-ups
- Uphold high clinical standards while fostering a positive patient experience
Qualifications
- DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited periodontal residency program
- MSD or Certificate in Periodontics
- Active Arkansas dental license in good standing or eligibility for licensure
- No history of disciplinary actions against dental licensure
- Strong knowledge of periodontal disease surgical techniques and implant dentistry
Desired Qualifications
- Experience performing advanced periodontal and implant procedures
- Familiarity with digital imaging and diagnostic technology including CBCT
- Background working in a multidisciplinary or high-volume dental practice
- Commitment to continuing education and advancements in periodontal treatment
- Strong communication patient education and team collaboration skills

- Part-Time: $300000 $500000 annually
- Full-Time: $600000 $700000 annually
- Competitive production-based compensation with average compensation of approximately 43% of production
- Earnings dependent on schedule individual production and patient volume
