Job Summary

This is a per diem position required to work all Saturdays Sundays and holidays.
Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of retail cafeteria personnel involved in food preparation customer service and front-of-house operations. Coordinates cashiering processes monitors food display sections and functionally supervises employees to ensure a smooth efficient retail cafeteria operation.

Essential Functions
Balances cash registers reconciles daily retail sales and prepares bank deposits accurately.
Monitors and inspects all retail cafeteria sections to ensure staff are performing regular temperature checks and maintaining food safety standards.
Prepares employee work schedules and assigns personnel to stations to meet daily production and service demands.
Inspects food displays and stations to ensure all items meet prescribed standards for presentation temperature and proper portioning.
Estimates daily and weekly food and supply requirements coordinates inventory needs and maintains department records compliance logs and files.
Prepares and/or supervises the preparation of a wide range of hot and cold dishes for retail cafeteria service.
