JOB TITLE:Per Diem RN

WORK HOURS:8 a.m. 5 p.m.Monday Friday as well as rotating On-Call nights and weekends and seeing clients prior to office hours and after as needed.

Weprovidea wide range ofservices to help individualsremainin their our current client careincludesworking with clients with dementiaspinal cordinjuriesbrain injuryandboneandjoint of the nursing visits can include but are not limited toinfusion therapywound care setting medications providing injections compression wraps urostomy appliance changeand ventilator alsoprovideCare Management servicesas well as RN Delegation. Preferred candidates will have a wide range of experience in many areas of nursing including supervising caregivers.

Duties Responsibilities & Accountabilities Including but Not Limited To:

• RNHome Healthvisits
• Responsible for RN delegations and youdonthave experience with this we can train you
• WritePlansof Cares and assures they are being followed
• Observes client for changes in condition and reports such changes to Clinical Director

• Documents nursing observations interventions and evaluations of the care beingprovided
• Doing assessments which includes opening new client cases
• Address emergent nursing issues
• Supervise Caregivers (CNA HCA) byprovidingcoaching and training
• Clinical administrative work

• Rotate being on-call for urgent nursing matters via on phone or visits

Qualifications Knowledge Required:

• Must be an RN in the State of Washington and graduated froman accredited School of Nursing
• Mustdemonstratean ability to practice independentlyin the delivery of nursing care
• 2 to 3 years clinical experience; preferably in rehabilitation home care hospital or hospice
• Ability to read and write in English
• Require reliable vehicle for use when traveling to worksites
• A valid Washington State Drivers License

• Proof of current auto liability insurance
• Computer literate with experiencein different computer programs
• Strong grasp of legal and ethical issuespertaining toconfidentiality
• Creative flexible and innovative
• Commitment to excellence andhigh standards
