The appointee shall provide services as assigned by the supervisor in furtherance of the universitys missions and goals of teaching research patient care outreach and public service.
This position reports to (supervisor): Heather Voss
Education Activities (Includes didactic clinical teaching)
Didactic Teaching:
- Provides effective classroom instruction based on teaching assignments using appropriate instructional technologies to ensure that course outcomes are met.
- Participates collaboratively in the development implementation and evaluation of curriculum.
Clinical Teaching:
- Plans supervises and delivers effective clinical instruction in lab simulation and real-world healthcare settings ensuring students apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations.
Other Activities:
- The appointee shall provide services as assigned by the supervisor in furtherance of the universitys missions and goals of teaching research patient care outreach and public service.
- Lecturer: BSN ($42.87-$48.85/hr.)
- Instructor: MSN ($49.34-$56.75)
- Assistant Professor: $53.97-$62.07
Registrations Certifications and/or Licenses (Current licensure & certifications could be required depending on position and academic program.):
- Oregon RN license
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
