Job Summary

***This role requires monthly travel including 23 overnight stays and a strong preference for living in the State of California near some of our WelbeHealth Centers.

The People Specialist (Assignment: Learning & Development Programs) supports and independently drives learning leadership development and team member development initiatives across WelbeHealth. This role serves as a key program partner responsible for helping coordinate operationalize iterate and scale programs such as our New Supervisor Bootcamp WelbeHealth Rounds learning for all and other learning experiences that support team member growth leadership development and organizational capability The role will also support the curation and evolution of discretionary learning for all team members through WelbeHealths LMS ecosystem as the organization continues expanding its broader learning strategy. This role is highly collaborative and visible across the organization requiring regular partnership with leadership subject matter experts and team members across markets and central teams.

This role is different because the People Specialist at WelbeHealth:

  • Helps build operationalize and continuously improve enterprise learning experiences and programs that support team member growth leadership capability and organizational effectiveness in a rapidly scaling environment.
  • Works closely with People leadership Operational leaders and cross-functional partners to build coordinate deliver and scale learning experiences that support team member growth and evolving business needs.

On the day-to-day you will:

  • Drive and coordinate enterprise learning and development programs including planning communications logistics execution measurement and continuous improvement
  • Help create structure processes and systems that support a growing and evolving learning function.
  • Keep programs on track by proactively managing timelines deliverables stakeholder communications and follow-up actions
  • Adapt to changing priorities and support a variety of projects and initiatives as business needs evolve
  • Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to ensure programs meetings and events are organized aligned and executed effectively as well as develop and maintain tools templates communications trackers and program resources that support scalability and consistency
  • Support curation organization and continuous improvement of discretionary learning content and learning pathways within WelbeHealths LMS environment.
  • Track participation metrics feedback and program outcomes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational scalability as well as create polished presentations communications and program materials for learners
  • Build strong working relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders across markets and central teams
  • Contribute ideas and process improvements that strengthen team effectiveness and program delivery

Job requirements include:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in human resources learning and development operations project coordination or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects timelines and competing priorities with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working in evolving environments where priorities processes and program needs may shift over time
  • Strong sense of ownership accountability and follow-through
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail as well as strong written verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Comfortable working in highly collaborative and stakeholder-facing environments; confidence interacting with leaders facilitators and cross-functional partners
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across teams and functions
  • Experience supporting learning & development enablement leadership development employee engagement or organizational initiatives preferred
  • Strong preference to live within reasonable driving distance to a WelbeHealth center; if not travel time of less than 3 hours from our locations is needed (travel is expected to be once per month for 2-3 nights out)

Compensation consists of base salary plus bonus. WelbeHealth offers a competitive total rewards package that includes a 401(k) match comprehensive healthcare coverage and a broad range of additional benefits. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and relevant qualifications.
