What is the Opportunity
As People & Organisational Development Director Americas youll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of one of the worlds fastest-growing MedTech organisations.
Reporting to the Head of People & Organisational Development and a key member of the Americas Leadership Team you will help drive business growth through people leadership and organisational capability.
This is not a traditional HR leadership role. You will partner directly with senior leaders to build high-performing teams strengthen leadership capability influence organisational design and shape the culture needed to support Aerogens ambitious growth plans across the Americas.
Working as part of Aerogens global People & Organisational Development team youll bring our people strategy to life across the Americas with a local lens and influence helping create an environment where great people can thrive grow and perform at their best.
How youll make an impact
Develop and Lead the Americas People Plan and People Strategy
Work with the Head of People & OD and People & OD Leadership Team to develop Global People Strategy in line with Business Strategy
Partner with the Americas Leadership Team to deliver business growth through people organisation and culture.
Lead talent succession and workforce planning initiatives to build future capability.
Coach and support leaders to build high-performing engaged teams.
Shape an inclusive culture that strengthens employee engagement wellbeing and performance.
Use people insights and data to inform business decisions and improve organisational effectiveness.
Lead the Americas People Operations ensuring compliance operational excellence and a positive employee experience.
Manage and develop a People Generalist while leveraging specialist Talent Acquisition expertise and external partners to deliver innovative people solutions.
Partner closely with Aerogens global People & Organisational Development team to drive consistent scalable people practices across the region.

Salary Range for this position is estimated at $160000-$180000 and will depend on the candidates skills qualification and experience. The role is eligible for a performance-based incentive bonus and comprehensive benefit package including Medical Dental and Vision Coverage 401k Retirement Enhanced Global Life Insurance Paid Time Off (15-20 days tenure related) Global EAP Program Short-Term Disability and FMLA Benefits.
