As a People Development Consultant youll follow an established process to:

• Generate and manage interest in our leadership and personal development programs through established digital strategies
  

• Connect with prospective clients and conduct brief introductory conversations
  

• Understand individual goals priorities and aspirations
  

• Share relevant program information and guide interested individuals through an established evaluation process
  

• Build meaningful professional relationships through thoughtful communication and follow-up
  

• Independently manage your activities while applying your communication and relationship-building strengths
  

• Comprehensive training is provided in the areas of marketing and business development. No local networking or cold calling is required.
  

This is an independent self-employed performance-based opportunity rather than a traditional salaried or hourly position. Compensation is commission-based with no guaranteed income. Participants are responsible for applicable business expenses including a required ongoing tool subscription.
