People & Culture Manager

What youll do...

• Partner with the Managing Director and department leaders to develop and execute the propertys People & Culture strategy.
• Lead all talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives to attract exceptional hospitality talent during the pre-opening and beyond.
• Create a world-class onboarding experience that reflects the Paris Society brand and culture.
• Drive employee engagement retention recognition and wellbeing initiatives.
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on employee relations performance management and talent development.
• Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws and company policies.
• Oversee payroll benefits administration HR systems and personnel records.
• Lead and develop the People & Culture Coordinator while building a high-performing People & Culture function.
• Champion an inclusive collaborative and service-driven workplace culture.

Qualifications :

What were looking for...

• 5 years of progressive Human Resources or People & Culture leadership experience within hospitality luxury lifestyle hotel club restaurant or similar service-driven environments.
• Previous pre-opening experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success leading full-cycle recruitment and high-volume hiring initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of employment law employee relations performance management and HR best practices.
• Experience partnering with senior operational leaders and influencing business decisions.
• Exceptional communication relationship-building and coaching skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
