Qualifications

• Leadership experience in warehouse distribution logistics transportation supply chain or related operations environments preferred.
• Experience leading coaching and developing hourly and/or salaried employees.
• Strong communication problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to drive operational performance productivity quality and customer satisfaction.
• Experience with inventory management transportation operations route planning fleet operations or distribution center processes is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse or transportation management systems preferred.
• Highschool Diploma Required

• Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Logistics Transportation or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
