Our team is committed to providing consistent caring and professional guidance that empowers students to reach their OverviewThe Peer Advisor plays a key role in supporting students through regular communication resource guidance and relationship-building. Peer Advisors serve as reliable points of contact helping students identify opportunities complete important next steps and connect with program or community support. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized empathetic and passionate about helping others ResponsibilitiesBuild supportive respectful working relationships with assigned consistent communication and respond within the programs established through on agreed-upon next steps and maintain accurate caseload organization-approved up-to-date information and resources when guiding appropriate boundaries and communicate only through approved all required documentation surveys and caseload support early when a student situation is unclear sensitive urgent or outside your Students on the Move with professionalism in all interactions with students families schools partners and community to provide academic support through tutoring in various subjects including but not limited to Math English reading and writing History communication and interpersonal to build trusting relationships while maintaining professional reliable and able to manage multiple tracking data and completing documentation to professionalism and ethical in supporting youth through educational and personal development Were Looking ForWe value team members who are compassionate dependable and eager to learn.
