Your Role

As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at Spark youll have the opportunity to provide one-on-one speech therapy and collaborate with our team of BCBAs and behavior therapists. Your role will include:

• Delivering customized speech therapy services
• Engaging in co-treatment opportunities with our interdisciplinary team
• Writing and implementing effective treatment plans
• Tracking progress through data-driven methods

What Were Looking For

• Experience: 1-2 years working as an SLP with pediatric clients; supervision experience is a plus
• Licensure/Certification: Licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas
• Education: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Skills: Proficiency in assessments diagnosing speech delays/disorders and tracking progress
• Attributes: Outgoing positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Bonus: Feeding therapy experience though not required
• Location: Ideally be willing to drive between our central Austin and north Austin location
