Super Therapy is seeking a passionate and dynamic Occupational Therapist to provide creative engaging therapy primarily to the pediatric population (with additional opportunities to work with adult patients). - Where Youll Work: Treat patients in our center-based environment in Milford CT with additional opportunities to conduct home and community visits throughout New Haven and Fairfield Counties.
What Youll Be Doing
- Design and deliver highly engaging creative occupational therapy sessions tailored to each childs unique needs.
- Empower and educate patients and their families by teaching practical everyday therapy tips and strategies.
- Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate timely and organized client data progress notes and documentation.
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Active independent Connecticut state OT licensure.
- Active NPI number (or willingness to obtain one prior to starting).
- Comfort and confidence working independently across center home and community environments.
- A genuine passion for helping children thrive in their natural environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively partner with families and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive compassionate and patient-centered attitude.

Compensation: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
