About the Role

The client is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to support children in developing fine motor skills sensory processing abilities coordination and functional independence.

This role involves evaluating pediatric patients developing individualized treatment plans implementing evidence-based occupational therapy interventions and collaborating closely with families and interdisciplinary therapy teams to support patient progress both inside and outside of therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate pediatric patients and identify developmental needs
  • Develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
  • Implement evidence-based therapy interventions
  • Support children in building motor sensory and functional skills
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support progress outside therapy sessions
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary therapy teams

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Occupational Therapist license or eligibility
  • Strong clinical communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pediatric occupational therapy experience preferred
  • Experience supporting sensory processing and developmental needs
  • Passion for working with children and families
