A growing healthcare organization in Panama City is seeking aBoard-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatric Endocrinologistto join its dedicated pediatric specialty team. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive endocrine care to children and adolescents while working in a supportive patient-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving the health and quality of life of pediatric patients through specialized diagnosis treatment and long-term management of endocrine disorders.

• Diagnose and treat pediatric endocrine conditions including diabetes thyroid disorders growth disorders adrenal disorders and metabolic conditions
• Provide comprehensive care to infants children and adolescents with endocrine and metabolic diseases
• Conduct patient evaluations develop treatment plans and monitor ongoing care
• Collaborate with pediatricians specialists nurses and support staff to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families about disease management treatment plans and preventative care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to healthcare regulations and best practices
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Endocrinology
• Completion of anACGME-accredited Pediatric Residency
• Completion of aPediatric Endocrinology Fellowship
• Eligible for or able to obtain aFlorida Medical License
• Strong clinical diagnostic and patient communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
