Pediatric Community Liaison

We are seeking a Pediatric Community Liaisonto support patient growth and intake goals through strategic outreach relationship management customer service and community engagement within the pediatric special needs community.

This full-time role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referral sources coordinating intake-related activities educating community partners about VIVA Pediatrics services and supporting business development across the DFW and Austin areas.

Full-Time MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM

This position requires regular local travel occasional overnight travel participation in networking events and periodic after-hours or weekend availability.

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources including case managers MCOs physicians referral coordinators facilities and community agencies

• Complete daily outreach activities including a minimum of 10 referral source check-ins by phone or in person

• Manage and grow referral relationships throughout the DFW area

• Participate in or coordinate community networking and outreach events to support quarterly KPIs

• Educate referral sources and community partners about VIVA Pediatrics services and business lines

• Develop and support marketing and business development strategies to meet patient intake goals

• Track and report marketing activities outreach efforts referral activity and return on investment

• Collaborate with Clinical and Branch Operations teams regarding nurse availability and patient referrals

• Coordinate referral meet-and-greets with families facilities and VIVA Pediatrics team members

• Assist with obtaining required patient paperwork and supporting the intake process

• Facilitate weekly intake meetings with Branch Managers and Nurse Supervisors to review referrals and patient start-of-care needs

• Support discharge planning coordination with facilities and referral partners

• Maintain knowledge of local Managed Care Organization (MCO) policies and processes

• Communicate business development opportunities and market needs with leadership

• Represent VIVA Pediatrics at networking events community events and other outreach opportunities

• Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Two- or four-year degree preferred

• Experience in marketing business development intake healthcare outreach or relationship management preferred

• Pediatric home health or healthcare experience preferred

• Quota-driven marketing or business development experience preferred

• Management or leadership experience preferred

• Strong communication customer service and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong organizational analytical and time-management skills

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

• Ability to interpret financial metrics and marketing performance data

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Willingness and ability to travel throughout the DFW and Austin areas
