We are seeking an experienced PCB Test & Repair Technician to join a growing electronics manufacturing team. This position plays an important role in ensuring the quality and functionality of printed circuit boards used in electronic assemblies.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on electronics experience and is comfortable troubleshooting and repairing PCBs down to the component level. Troubleshoot failures support production and help improve testing and repair processes.

- Troubleshoot printed circuit boards (PCBs) down to the component level.
- Diagnose and repair electronic circuits and identify defective components.
- Replace surface-mount (SMT) and through-hole components as needed.
- Perform SMT rework and repair in accordance with IPC standards.
- Set up and operate automatic and manual test equipment.
- Perform in-circuit functional and bench testing.
- Use diagnostic equipment including oscilloscopes multimeters and other electronic test equipment.
- Read and interpret PCB schematics assembly drawings test procedures and work instructions.
- Identify and track PCB failure trends.
- Support new product introductions and the transition of new products into production.
- Provide training and guidance to production operators on testing and troubleshooting procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate issues effectively with engineering and production teams.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and other technical projects as assigned.
- Associates degree in Electronics (A.S.E.E.) Preferred with a minimum of 2 years of experience troubleshooting microprocessor-controlled circuits to the component level OR 10 years of equivalent hands-on experience in a similar role.
- PC Certification required.
- Strong understanding of electronic circuits and component-level troubleshooting.
- Experience with SMT rework and repair to IPC standards.
- Ability to confidently use oscilloscopes multimeters and other electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret PCB schematics and assembly drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures and work instructions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word Excel and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with engineering and production teams.
