Payroll Specialist - Client Success
Full-Time $50000-$65000 DOE In-person or Hybrid North Phoenix (101/Cave Creek)

eBacon is a Phoenix-based payroll and HR software company serving the construction industry. Were looking for a Payroll Support Specialist to manage a dedicated client list run payroll accurately and be the go-to person when a clients payroll needs troubleshooting.

Day-to-day:

• Engage with clients via phone and web to identify and resolve payroll challenges
• Provide technical support on payroll processing procedures
• Manage integration of client payroll submissions into eBacons software
• First point of contact for employer and employee payroll questions

Youre a fit if you have:

• 3 years in payroll processing or payroll support
• Hands-on experience with SaaS payroll software (ADP Paycor Paylocity or similar) required
• Strong customer service instincts and genuine interest in helping people
• Ability to manage multiple client payroll cycles at once

Nice to have:

• Construction industry background
• Exposure to certified payroll or prevailing wage work
• PEO or ASO experience
