Job Description

• Manage accurate and timely end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients.
• Collect review and verify employee time attendance and payroll information.
• Calculate wages deductions benefits garnishments and other payroll adjustments.
• Process and support federal state and local payroll tax requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee and payroll records within payroll systems.
• Prepare payroll reports and coordinate with accounting staff on payroll reconciliations.
• Respond professionally to client and employee payroll questions.
• Maintain organized secure payroll documentation and confidential employee information.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2 years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
• End-to-end payroll experience including wages deductions payroll taxes and payroll administration.
• Experience handling garnishments and payroll-related deductions.
• Strong attention to detail numerical accuracy and organizational skills.
• Experience working with payroll software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Accounting firm tax services multi-client payroll HR or benefits administration experience is preferred.
• Associate or bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business or a related field is preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
