THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR PAYROLL OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

THE SCHEDULE:

• This is a full-time position located in The Woodlands Texas working regular business hours in a collaborative and professional environment.

YOUR ROLE:

• In this payroll management role youll spend your days leading a team of payroll professionals while helping ensure the accuracy compliance and operational excellence of payroll services across a growing organization. Youll coach and mentor employees establish performance expectations and support career development while simultaneously overseeing compliance with payroll laws tax regulations and multi-state requirements. As challenges arise youll serve as a trusted resource for both your team and clients helping resolve complex payroll situations advising on risk management and best practices and identifying opportunities to streamline processes through automation and technology enhancements. OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• CPP Certification (required)
• Bachelors degree (required)
• 7 years of payroll experience
• 5 years of leadership experience managing payroll or client service teams
• Strong expertise in multi-state payroll taxation and regulatory compliance

A bachelors degree in a business-related field is preferred. Experience in HCM PEO or high-growth SaaS environments is highly preferred. Were seeking a collaborative improvement-focused payroll professional who combines technical expertise with exceptional leadership and client service abilities.
